Jachna Beck is a soulful life coach, yoga, pilates instructor, and a dear friend.

Through intuitive guidance, she helps individuals navigate the transition from pain and trauma, both physical and emotional, into a space of deep healing and self-discovery.

With her project, Beck on Track, Jachna offers a range of mental health support tailored to individual needs. 

She does this effortlessly. It's simply who she is, and I know this firsthand. As a creative stepping into freelancing, Jachna not only asked me to contribute to her project but also gave me the trust and support I needed to get started.
